What we store
Your account (name, email, sign-in method), your restaurant's settings, and the supplier bills you send us: the photos or PDFs and the lines we read from them.
What we use it for
Only to run the service for you: reading bills, finding mistakes, drafting refund requests, reminders and summaries. We never sell or share your data.
Who processes it
Cloudflare hosts the app and stores files. Our AI provider reads bill images to extract the lines. Our email provider sends sign-in links and summaries. Stripe handles payments. Google handles sign-in if you choose "Continue with Google".
Analytics
The public site uses cookieless analytics and stores no IP addresses. Inside the app we count actions (like "bill processed") to improve the product.
Your choices
You can export or delete your data at any time from Settings, or by asking us.
