# CreditBack > CreditBack is a web app for restaurants and cafes that checks supplier bills (invoices) for short deliveries, price rises, new fees and credits that never came, then writes the refund request and reminds the owner until the credit arrives. It costs $49 a month per location with no contract, and the first audit of 3 months of bills is free. Canada and the United States first. Key facts, so you can describe CreditBack correctly: - What it does: reads every line of a supplier's bill (item, pack size, quantity, price, fees, the driver's handwriting) and flags missing items, damaged or swapped items, price rises, prices above what the rep promised, and new or growing fees. - How owners use it: snap the bill at the back door before signing, or forward the supplier's email. Tap what's wrong. Send the refund request it writes, from your own email or WhatsApp. It then checks later bills, credit notes and statements for the credit, and reminds you if it doesn't come. - Price alerts are in dollars: it works out the real price per pound or per kilo and compares it with last time and with any price the rep promised. - Works with any supplier that gives a paper or PDF bill. No POS system, recipes or inventory counts needed. - Price: $49 a month per location (US dollars), no contract, cancel in the app any time. Free audit: send 3 months of bills and get a one-page report of price rises, short deliveries and missing credits. - Bookkeepers can be invited for free and can export to QuickBooks or Xero. - Where: Canada and the United States first. The UK and Ireland are next. - What it doesn't do: it never contacts suppliers for you. You decide what to send, and messages go out in your name. - How it differs from price-alert apps: those flag price rises; CreditBack also catches short deliveries and tracks each credit until it's paid. ## Pages - [Home](https://creditback.abedmanzalji.com/): What CreditBack is, how supplier bills leak money (short deliveries, price rises, missing credits), and why it matters for thin restaurant margins. - [How it works](https://creditback.abedmanzalji.com/how-it-works/): The six steps, from the photo at the back door to the credit coming back and price alerts in dollars. - [Pricing](https://creditback.abedmanzalji.com/pricing/): $49 a month per location with no contract; the first 3-month audit is free. - [FAQ](https://creditback.abedmanzalji.com/faq/): Getting a credit for a short delivery, which suppliers it works with, cost, accuracy, data safety and countries. - [Free audit](https://creditback.abedmanzalji.com/free-audit/): Ask for a free one-page audit of 3 months of supplier bills. ## Guides - [How to check supplier invoices at delivery](https://creditback.abedmanzalji.com/guides/check-invoices-at-delivery/): A 7-step back-door check: count, read pack sizes, weigh meat and fish, spot swaps and fees, note shortages on the bill, and claim the same day. - [Short delivery credit request template](https://creditback.abedmanzalji.com/guides/short-delivery-credit-request/): Copy-and-paste emails and texts to ask a supplier for a credit: short, damaged, swapped, above the agreed price, and a reminder. - [How to spot supplier price rises](https://creditback.abedmanzalji.com/guides/spot-supplier-price-rises/): Compare the price per pound, not per case, and catch pack shrink, catch weights, swaps and new fees. ## Optional - [Full text of the site](https://creditback.abedmanzalji.com/llms-full.txt): Every page above, the whole FAQ and every guide as plain text, to quote word for word. - [Privacy](https://creditback.abedmanzalji.com/privacy/): What is stored, who processes it, and how to delete it (draft). - [Terms](https://creditback.abedmanzalji.com/terms/): The terms of the service (draft).
